Well, I personally can’t say (I haven’t seen your logo) but if you’re wondering how good your logo is, let’s find out!

Warning: This is just a quick reference to hopefully give you some ideas with your logo, so if you can’t handle a little constructive criticism, I would suggest not reading this.

Colors
If you have a bunch of different colors, you’re off to a bad start. A good logo has only one or two different colors, maybe three if you can pull it off.
3 or Less Colors = +10 points
More Colors than a Bag of Skittles = -5 points

Symbol
People will spend less than a second looking at something if it doesn’t catch their attention. If your logo has a gigantic, complex symbol then people won’t bother (this isn’t an art museum). A good logo will keep it simple and straight to the point.
Unique Simple Symbol = +10 points
Picasso Artwork = -5 points

Text
Of course you would want to explain what your business is, but a logo is not a place to do that (not through text, anyways). If you have 15+ characters of writing on your logo, it’ll over complicate things and you’ll be at a loss with the audience. A good logo will be your business name. That’s it. If you have a long business name, try abbreviating it for your logo.
Nice and Short = +10 points
Paragraphs = -5 points

Structure
The way you piece your logo together is critical for application. If your logo only works in one shape and one size, you’re losing a bunch of potential on where your logo shows up. A good logo will look similar and memorable if you can structure it horizontal, vertical, icon style, etc.
Flexible Logo = +10 points
“I can’t move!” Logo = -5 points

So, what’s your score?

40 = You’ve got a great logo, don’t worry about it.
25 = You’re logo is good, you just might want to adjust a few things.
10 = It’s a good start, but your logo needs some work.
-5 = Good attempt, but perhaps try another design.
-20 = Well… you know, maybe try this?
